PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
We strive to ship all products within 72 hours of receiving them at our warehouse. However, please note that some items are part of a presale and will not ship immediately. The estimated shipping window for presale items can be found on the respective product description page.
SHIPPING COSTS
We work hard to guarantee the lowest possible shipping prices. Certain items may require special packaging to prevent damage during the shipping process, which may slightly increase shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We make every effort to keep international shipping costs as low as possible. However, please be aware that duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your product ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
ADDRESS AND CONTACT CHANGES
Once the product has left our warehouse, we are unable to alter order details such as address or contact information. If you need to make changes after your item has shipped, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
