How does the presale model work?
We operate on a presale model, meaning products are produced and shipped only after an order is placed. This allows us to minimize waste and offer exclusive merchandise.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 4-8 weeks following the product launch date. You can find the estimated shipping window for each product on its respective product page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Due to the nature of our presale model, we cannot accommodate order cancellations or modifications after an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out. If you have a modification to your shipping address, please email us at info@terminalmerchandise.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate your address change.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Where are your products made?
We prioritize production in the USA whenever possible. Most of our products are produced in Los Angeles, but some items may be manufactured elsewhere based on material and production availability.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What happens if my order is delayed?
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, unexpected delays can occur. We will keep you updated via email if there are any significant delays.
